Terms for using the Whose app and information on this website.

Service and compatible hardware

Whose prepares images and transfers them to compatible E-Ink hardware. Available features depend on the app, iOS, permissions and the case model used.

Check compatibility information and follow the instructions shown during connection, transfer and hardware updates. An E-Ink display may render an image differently from the iPhone display.

Account and security

If you use an account, provide accurate information and protect its authentication methods. Do not share sign-in codes or authentication secrets with another person.

Some features need a network connection or online service. If a service is unavailable, contact support and use appropriate export options to keep important local designs.

Content and rights

Use only images, text and other elements that you have the right to use. Respect copyright, image rights and the rights of people shown.

You remain responsible for content you import or choose to share. Preparing an image in the app does not give you rights to someone else’s image.

Permitted use

Do not use the app for unlawful activities, to infringe other people’s rights, to bypass security protections or to disrupt service operation.

Do not deliberately interrupt a critical hardware operation or change technical parameters without understanding the instructions for your model.

Separate services and purchases

Cases purchased from the Whose store or a reseller are governed by the seller’s terms. This presentation website does not process payments and does not replace the seller’s sales terms.

Apple services and external services you choose to use remain subject to their applicable terms.

Updates and statutory rights

The app and documentation may be updated for compatibility, operational or security reasons. Consult the instructions for your version.

These terms do not limit mandatory rights you have under applicable law. Contact the operator about usage problems, account requests or questions concerning these terms.
